Contracted by Nuon Power Generation BV for the Site Construction Management of the 433 MW Gas Fired Combined Cycle Plant `Hemweg 9` in Amsterdam. Project volume over Euro 300 mio. The `Twingo` project is basically a copy of the Sloecentrale project, it consists of two Gasturbine-Generator-Steamturbine Units with two Heat Recovery Steam Generators and all auxiliaries and buildings, water demineralizaion plant, water intake station. The second unit is located at Diemen.

As Site Construction Manager responsible for the management of the supervision team that monitors the Main Contractor Siemens, the project interfaces and the authorities. The team consisted of specialists in the fields of civil, mechanical, electrical, QA/QC and commissioning.
